A United States citizen and permanent Costa Rican resident, was born and raised in Riverview, Florida. Dennis has made residential real estate a life long career.
While studying Industrial Psychology at the University of South Florida, Dennis followed in his family’s footsteps within the real estate industry, specializing in historic home restorations in the Tampa Bay area.
Dennis holds a real estate license in the state of Florida. This, combined with 30 years of real estate experience, it is clear that Dennis knows the ins and outs of the real estate business.
Gerardo Gonzalez-Porras
Co-Owner & Broker
A Costa Rican citizen, originally from San José, Costa Rica, Gerardo lived for many years in the United States.
When the opportunity knocked, Gerardo returned to Costa Rica with a fresh outlook on life and a keen eye for opportunity in his native Costa Rica.
Having studied English in the United States, paired with his extensive experience in the service and hospitality industries, Gerardo brings 30 years of hands-on customer service experience to the closing table.
